1. For email readings and charts I will need all persons to provide thier birthdates and time of birth if possible.
2. This information must be sent before I can complete readinds or chart.
3. All items most be paid in full before being sent out.
4. Shipping cost will be paid by costumers upon deliverey.
5. Once items leave my hands I am no longer responsible for them.
6. No refunds on readings or birth charts or spells.
7. Please allow 6-8 weeks for shipping on merchandise items and up to 2 weeks on readings and charts.
8. Some items and ingredients will vary slightly, due to availability.
